Unframed prints are sent in heavy duty cylinders to ensure they are not bent or damaged in transit.
Framed prints and acrylics are professionally packed using bubble wrap and are then securely boxed in custom packaging to avoid any damage.
Once your artwork has been dispatched you will be sent a tracking number so you can monitor delivery. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure your purchase can be delivered and signed for at the nominated delivery address. Prior to dispatch we quality check all artworks and will not be held responsible for any damage caused as a result of mishandling upon receipt.

Framing and installation
We are pleased to offer three different framing formats for our artworks – Premium Box Frames, Acrylic Wall Mounts and Acrylic Float Frames.
Being our most popular format, these frames display the artworks slightly set back from the glass – a technique which adds depth to the finished piece.
Available in either Raw or White, other frame colours can be requested at the time of purchase – please simply make a note upon check out and Craig Parry Photography will be in touch to ensure we can fulfil the request.
Framed images are also available either with or without a white border around the print – examples of these can be found on each Product page. We request that you specify your preference upon Check Out however if you fail to do so we will contact you to confirm before production commences.
Framed images will arrive on your door step ready to be hung, ensuring minimal fuss upon installation.
Acrylic Wall Mounts offer a stylish, frameless finish to your chosen artwork. A great alternative to traditional framing, they are robust with the finished product presenting a frameless floating effect. Easy to hang, each acrylic wall mount comes with a sturdy hidden backing frame and bracket that mates to the frame which makes hanging this system simple and secure.
Acrylic Float Frames offer a high end, premium presentation for your artwork. Produced as an Acrylic Wall Mount and then framed in a floating frame, this format offers exceptional and uninterrupted image clarity. The best of both worlds!
Floating Frames are available in Raw or White and Framed images will arrive on your door step ready to be hung, ensuring minimal fuss upon installation.
Our free standing desk blocks are designed to sit on your desk or shelving unit (or anywhere else you can imagine), without affixing them to the wall – making them great to liven up the home or work space.
We print all of our work on high quality, fine art paper meaning it is delicate. It is therefore strongly advised that you leave your print in the tube upon receipt and take it directly to your chosen framer who will know what to do. All of our pieces undergo a thorough quality review prior to dispatch and Craig Parry Photography will not be held responsible for any damage which is caused following receipt of the item.
Caution should always be exercised when cleaning your framed artworks and acrylic wall mounts. If your artwork is dusty simply use a clean microfibre cloth or feather duster to remove dirt particles. If you are looking to remove finger prints or other dirt once again use a clean microfibre cloth. Never use paper towels as they scratch the surface and be sure not to use glass cleaners that contain ammonia. We recommend you avoid hanging your artwork in direct sunlight.
